A Workington man has been handed a curfew after pleading guilty to theft and assault.
Craig Stephen Davison, 36, of Udale Court, Workington, appeared before magistrates at Workington last Friday.
The court heard Davison stole two jogging bottoms and two tracksuit tops, worth £200 from JD Sports in Workington on July 28. He was ordered to pay £200 compensation.
On the same date Davison also admitted as assault charge in Workington, for which he was ordered to pay £75 compensation.
He was handed a four week curfew and will pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.
