The big issues facing Brampton will be discussed at a public meeting at the end of the month.
It is an opportunity for the people of the town to find out which local issues the council will focus on.
During the meeting, the results of the Brampton and community action plan survey will be presented.
David Moorat, chairman of Brampton parish council, said: “There are some very important elements coming out of that.”
The responses have focused on the issues of parking in Brampton, traffic and the role of the community centre.
Problems with parking were raised at a previous meeting, as it is believed that people are parking for the entire day and just leaving their car.
Mr Moorat said: “We’re very grateful to the community for responding so well, and they have given us some very good feedback of what they think is very important.
“That is going to help the Brampton Parish Council to formulate a plan of what we should be working towards for the next five years.”
The meeting will be held on January 21 at the Moot Hall, from 7.30pm.
