A MAN has been landed with a fine after breaching his criminal behaviour order.
Mark Clark, 48, of George Street, Whitehaven pleaded guilty to three offences of breaching the criminal behaviour order.
He was charged with entering Morrisons in Whitehaven in breach of the exclusion zone which he was prohibited from doing, entering King Street Whitehaven which was inside the exclusion zone and entering Whitehaven police station which was in the exclusion zone.
Clark was allowed to enter the WHSmith in Whitehaven on Mondays and Wednesdays to access the Post Office.
On December 31, a Tuesday, he entered the premises to collect his benefits because he knew the Post Office would be closed the following day because it was a bank holiday.
Clark was fined £80 and ordered to pay £32 to fund victim services, no separate charge was added for costs.
