Motorists are being urged to drive with caution, as heavy snow affects parts of Cumbria.
Cumbria County Council's traffic cameras reveal snow on Hartside, the A69 from Brampton and the A6 at Shap, which had been closed overnight to allow United Utilities to repair a burst water main.
There is currently slow traffic on the M6 between junctions 40 and 39 because of snow, while it is also affecting the A66 from A592 (Rheged roundabout, Eden) to B5322 Station Road (Threlkeld).
A Cumbria police spokesman urged people to "drive with caution".
