THREE men have been arrested following an alleged burglary at a Cockermouth shop.
Police were called at around 4.45am on Thursday to the report of a burglary at Nisa (formerly The Co-Op) on Station Street, Cockermouth.
Three Cockermouth men, aged 29, 30 and 47, were arrested on suspicion of burglary and released under investigation. The 47-year-old was also arrested on possession of an offensive weapon.
