TIGGER AND FIGARO

Tigger and Figaro (or Tiggaro) are a father and son duo who have come into Oak Tree for rehoming.

They are currently out on foster where they are getting lots of fuss and TLC but need to find a permanent home to call their own.

At eight and seven-years-old they are still full of energy and mischief! They both love to play but also love their cuddles too!

Tig and Fig are both FIV positive, this means that we are looking for a home without other cats and where they can have access to a secure garden or catio. Although the boys need some specifics in their new home, they could happily live with children and/or dogs.

FIV may sound scary but many cats that have FIV go on to live long and happy lives and may never show signs of the virus. Mostly, it just means that the cat has a weakened immune system so is more susceptible to illnesses. With a few preventative measures you can keep your FIV cat safe, happy and healthy.

We have seen a massive surge in adoption enquiries over the last few months culminating with animals being rehomed in record time. Unfortunately, Tig and Fig are the exception to this rule; they have been with us for nearly a month now and have had no interest shown in them.

They are an amazingly affectionate and entertaining duo who would make wonderful family pets or companions.

Please telephone the Small Animal Team on 01228 560082 or email info@oaktreeanimals.org.uk for more information on the boys and FIV and they will be very happy to help you.
