A new service has been launched for people aged 16 facing increased anxiety and other mental health challenges.
Togetherall provides online peer-to-peer support, access to an anonymous community and information, as well as courses and resources covering a range of mental health and wellbeing topics.
Dr Mandy Boardman, GP lead for mental health for NHS North Cumbria Clinical Commissioning Group, said: “We know that the experiences of Covid-19 and the impact of lockdown will have a big effect on how people are feeling and coping with everyday life.
"Togetherall provides online support for people who may be feeling overwhelmed and worried."
The service can be accessed by anyone in north Cumbria by registering with your postcode at www.togetherall.com.
