Residents are invited to have their say on the redevelopment of Hammond's Pond before the consultation closes on October 9.
£75,000 has been set aside to bring the area back to life by replacing old equipment and resurfacing the junior and infant areas.
People are encouraged to get in contact with Carlisle City Council before October 9 to let them know what kind of equipment they would like to see added to the pond area.
Councillor Elizabeth Mallinson, portfolio holder for communities, health and wellbeing, said: “We’re delighted that the redevelopment is supported by the Friends of Hammond’s Pond and the Hammond’s Pond café.
"The new play equipment will create a much-improved facility that will benefit residents and other users of the park.
"Please have your say on what equipment you’d like to see included.”
