Girl assaulted by teenagers as she walked home Image Google maps
Police have been contacted after reports that an eight-year-old girl was assaulted in the Kirklea area of Little Broughton.
The force was notified on October 14 that the girl had been assaulted by a group of teenagers, aged between 13 and 15 on October 13.
It is thought that the teenagers jumped out on the girl as she was walking home.
The girl sustained minor injuries in the attack.
