A 28-year-old motorist has been banned for more than a year after he admitted drink-driving.
Having previously denied the offence, Matthew Brough admitted the charge before Workington's magistrates' court on Wednesday.
The offence involved Brough driving a Mazda2 on Crosby Villa in Maryport on October 21.
He was found to be driving while he had 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Brough, of Brough Street in Aspatria, was fined £120 by the court.
He was ordered to pay a £34 surcharge to fund victim services.
The court also instructed him to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service to contribute towards the costs of the case.
Brough was disqualified from driving any vehicle for 14 months.
