A PRESTIGIOUS award has been presented to the Cockermouth branch of a land and estates company.

H&H Land and Estates has announced that its Cockermouth office has won The British Property Award for Keswick & Cockermouth after an extensive judging process.

H&H is a chartered surveyor, estate agents and valuer which operates across Northern England and southern Scotland. The business has offices in Carlisle, Cockermouth, Durham, Kendal, Keswick and Penrith.

The award is given to agents who go the extra mile for their customers and offer top customer service and recipients are determined by secret mystery shoppers.

The title also means the Cockermouth office has now been shortlisted for the national awards, to be announced later in the year.

The British Property Awards provide agents like H&H with a chance to compare their service against that of other agents from across the country.

The H&H Land & Estates, Cockermouth team was said to have performed exceptionally throughout the rigorous judging process, and is thrilled to receive the impressive title.
