Under current UK lockdown restrictions, it is illegal to travel abroad for holidays or other leisure purposes.

From April 12, it is hoped that holidays in the UK, with people from your household or support bubble, will be allowed in England.

Self-catering accommodation will also be able to reopen from this date too.

However, household mixing will still not be permitted, so you will only be able to stay overnight somewhere with people you already with live with. This will include campsites and holiday lets, where indoor facilities are not shared with other households.

We've taken a look at some of the top-rated campsites across the county that you could soon be visiting.
