POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a man missing from Penrith.
Kenneth Cadden, 48, was last seen in the town yesterday (April 24) in the early hours of the morning.
Kenneth is white, with short, greying hair and a beard. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck and is originally from Edinburgh.
Contact police on 101 if you have seen Kenneth or know where he might be.
Kenneth is asked to contact the same number if he sees this appeal.
