Theft: The defendant stole from this Workington store
MAGISTRATES have sent a Workington man to jail for two offences.
Sean McAvoy, 45, of Milburn Street, Workington, admitted flouting a Criminal Behaviour Order last Monday, April 26, by going into the M&S store in Workington.
He also admitted stealing on the same occasion a bottle of Mateus rosé wine worth £6.
McAvoy had recently served a jail term for similar offences.
