A BOUTIQUE hotel has shared an artist impression of what its new reception and Pavillion building will look like after its renovation work.

Rothay Manor in Ambleside is set to undergo a number of renovations after plans were approved by the Lake District National Park Authority earlier this year, including: a new hotel entrance off of Borrans Road (A593) and new car parking facility to the North of the site, the demolition of the existing bungalow and replacement of a new build hotel bedroom and spa facility building.

As well as this, the hotel plans on removing the existing 'conservatory' extension to the main hotel building and undergoing landscaping to the north of the site and front of the hotel.

The hotel shared an artist's impression on its Facebook page of the modern-looking Pavillion building and reception area set to be constructed.

A spokesman said: "We’ve just received the artist impression of our new Pavillion building and our new reception.

"We can’t guarantee that the sky will always be this blue, but we can guarantee that what we’re developing is going to be beautiful.

"We’ve still got a long way to go, but it is lovely to see what it will all look like."

The hotel also underwent a £1 million refurb in 2019.
