Offences: The defendant 'continually' phoned and messaged one of the victims
A THIRTY-year-old Carlisle man has pleaded guilty to two counts of harassment against two women - in Carlisle and Whitehaven.
Mark Anthony Presley, of Balfour Road, Carlisle, admitted the offences at the city's Rickergate court.
The Carlisle offence was committed on November 3 last year; the second offence was committed at Newcastle and Whitehaven against a different victim between August 29 last year and September 12. That offence consisted of the defendant "continually" contacting the woman involved by phone and text. Magistrates adjourned sentence until May 25, banning Presley from having any contact with either victim.
