A FIFTY-YEAR-OLD Carlisle man has pleaded guilty to sending “grossly offensive” messages to a person.
Mark Linden Goodwin, of Borland Avenue, Botcherby, committed the offence between June 14 and June 19, Carlisle’s Rickergate court heard.
The defendant, who was represented in court by defence lawyer Chris Toms, was told that his case would come back before the court on August 5.
He was granted bail until then on condition that he does not enter Kirkbride and that he does not contact certain named individuals.
He must observe also an overnight curfew.
