Police launch investigation into 'gun gesture' at council meeting
POLICE have confirmed they are investigating after a councillor allegedly made a shooting gesture at a council meeting.
Police were contacted on July 28 to the report of a public order offence on Princess Street, Workington.
Officers also received a report yesterday regarding the incident.
Investigations are ongoing into the incident.
