MUSICIANS and performers are wanted for a concert to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee next year.
Cockermouth Town Council will be staging the concert at the Kirkgate Centre on Friday, June 3.
Coun Andy Semple said: "We want to promote local talent with an emphasis on showcasing young musicians or performers.
"If you are interested in performing we would love to hear from you. We want to celebrate music from every decade of the Queen’s reign, so that should cover every musical genre!"
