A COPELAND school will be holding a Christmas event to raise money to try to upgrade technology at the school.
Gosforth C of E Primary School’s Fundraising Committee will be holding a Christmas Market in the school hall.
The event will take place on Saturday, December 4 between 10am to 2pm.
Many local traders have already been confirmed as attending the event.
These include Ruby and Bean, Honey Bee Brownies, Eskdale Beads Jewellery, Washed Up Creations and Hill Green Designs.
The school will also have stalls from Scentsy, Body Shop and Tropics on offer in the hall .
Sarah Layzell, acting headteacher at Gosforth C of E Primary School said: “This is a fabulous opportunity for people in the village to purchase Christmas gifts while supporting local traders. We are hoping to have a wide range of stalls – something for everyone.”
Entry is free to the event there will also be raffle.
All money raised from the day will go towards improvements in the school - to try and go forth in improving the technology facilities within the school.
