Approval is sought for plans to build a horse shelter and hay and machinery store.
Allerdale Borough Council has received a planning application to build a horse shelter and hay and machinery store at 31 Brayton Road.
Hopes Auction Company Limited is handling the application on behalf of Alison Hewitson of Brayton Road.
The site is currently used as grazing land for the farm’s horses.
Concrete panel walls will be used with Yorkshire boarding above and cement fibre roofing.
Plans are under consultation and full planning permission is required before work starts.
New access is not required in the plans and they do not affect the rights of way on the road nearby.
Water will be disposed of through the site's sustainable drainage system.
The latest decision date for the application is estimated to be December 10.
