Key workers and first-time buyers are being boosted in their bid to get on the property ladder with a 30 per cent discount.
The Government's First Homes scheme offers the discount as recognition of the efforts of local key workers during the pandemic.
Persona Homes' Woolner Brook development in Wigton offers a three-bedroom home which costs £190,000 for £133,000.
Joe Cook, executive director of development at Persona Homes, said: “We’re especially delighted to be able to offer our homes at such discounted prices to key workers, who have done a remarkable job.”
