TWO homes could sell for as little as £5,000.
The terraced houses are the cheapest listed for sale in Cumbria and are due to go up for auction with the meagre guide price.
A home in Nelson Street, Millom, is described as being presented in a 'shell condition'.
A description of the home said it had the 'potential once works have been carried out to create a two-bedroom house'.
It is due to go under the hammer with Taylor James Auctions tomorrow.
Another home, in Cleator Moor's Duke Street, is listed with the same guide price.
Auctioneers Bonde Wolfe describe it as 'an end terraced property standing flush to the pavement'.
It is due to go up for auction on Thursday.
