Friend , Danika Anderson Teasdale, 20, has made an appeal to the singer, asking him to dedicate the song 'Belter' to Lana at his Glasgow gig.

Speaking to the News and Star, she said: "The last thing I said to Lana, was 'I owe you one' for giving me a lift and I just think this is a way of me giving her something back, because I don't really know what else I can do.

"I don't think I can even put into words what it would mean, it would just be unbelievable, when it was played at her funeral it was amazing, everyone was clapping on the way out, it was amazing, so seeing that in front of 32,000 people him dedicating that song to her it really would be indescribable.

"I know she will be smiling in the sky right now, I know she will- she would love it.

"Honestly, if you were ever in the car with her she would always have Belter on, if the song was ever covered, she would be always on the dance floor.. she would be absolutely loving it."

The friends and family attending the gig in Glasgow will be chanting Lana's name before Belter and are encouraging anyone else at the gig to also join in.
