A music promotions company has announced its upcoming events for November.
Rock With, which is based around Cumbria, is run by Russ Withey and offers local musicians a chance to get their name known on the music scene.
Mr Withey said: "I've started working on putting on music nights at Hunter's Bar in Cockermouth, they want to make their venue the place to go for local music.
"They want to give Cumbrian musicians a chance to perform and as many talented acts as possible performing at their bar.
"We're going to be putting on a different act every Friday night and what we're also planning on doing on November 11 for their first anniversary is putting on a few acts starting at 5pm and running right through until the end of the night.
"We've got Alex Freitas performing on November 3, he's played several gigs with Rock With and was the guitarist for Indie Street Club.
"He's been making quite a big name for himself around Cumbria, playing at venues such as The Source and also the opening of the Kirkby Stephen Youth Centre.
"He'll be performing at 9.30pm and then the Friday after on November 10 we've got Phil Lewthwaite and Graham Bell, so they'll be performing a duo together on that evening.
"Then we are just getting together a lineup for the anniversary night on the following evening.
"It's a really exciting collaboration because they're keen on supporting live music and local Cumbrian artists, which is obviously what Rock With is all about.
"So we're going to work together to put on these live music nights every single Friday."
Russ explained that people need to 'watch this space' as he's just finished putting the lineup together for the Cockermouth Christmas Festival.
The lineup is going to be announced very soon and Russ says that he has lots of talented artists who can't wait to perform at the event.
He hopes that like other Rock With events, it will help to showcase some of the talent that they have in Cumbria.
