Police are appealing for witnesses of a crash involving a pedestrian to come forward.
The crash involved a blue car and a pedestrian on Lamplugh Road, Cockermouth.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 20s, went to hospital to be checked – but is not thought that she suffered life-threatening or life-changing injuries at this time.

The driver of the car did stop to speak to the pedestrian but then reportedly left without leaving details.
Officers are asking for the driver to come forward – and for anyone who saw the incident or has relevant dashcam footage to contact officers, referring to log 42 of October 2.
