GUIDANCE on mental health and wellbeing during the coronavirus lockdown will be sent to 70,000 Cumbrian homes.
Distribution company Letterbox Smart, owned by Sean Walker of Whitehaven have teamed with mental health charity Every Life Matters on the guides.
The Shap based mental health charity and Carlisle based Letterbox Smart received funding from the NHS for the pamphlets.
Guidance includes how to create a healthy routine, techniques for managing stress and recognising signs that someone you know is struggling with their mental health.
Every Life Matter is a suicide prevention charity ran by mental health professionals.
Owner of Letterbox Smart Sean Walker said: "This is information which is crucial for people to receive and I am very glad to be able to help.
Mr Walker was prepared to close the door of the business until further notice but charities like Every Life Matters have approached him for help.
