Whitehaven AFC showed their quality in a 9-0 win at Seaton Athletic in the West Cumbria Youth League’s under-12s red division.
Moor Row beat Maryport 7-2, while Workington Reds Black won 4-2 against Cleator Moor Celtic Green and Workington Reds White beat their Red side 5-1.
In the blue division, Whitehaven Miners Social won 2-1 at Whitehaven AFC and Moor Row Blacks were 5-4 winners against Seaton United. Silloth Mini Gulls got a home walkover against Grassroad Sharks.
Windscale got a home walkover in the under-13s division against Cockermouth United on Sunday after beating Seaton Athletic 3-0 on Friday, as Seaton United beat Senhouse 9-1, Whitehaven Miners Social were 8-2 winners at home to Maryport, Cleator Moor Celtic pipped St Bees 1-0 and Workington Reds won 5-4 against Whitehaven AFC Yellow.
Only two games went ahead in the under-14s division as Workington Rangers won 9-0 at Workington Reds White and St Bees won by the same margin at Windscale.
The only under-14s girls’ league saw Whitehaven AFC Blue win 7-0.
In the under-16s division, Workington Reds Black won 7-0 against Cockermouth Lightning, Whitehaven AFC were 9-1 winners against Windscale under-15s, Whitehaven under-15s beat Seaton under-15s 5-3, Whitehaven Miners Social under-15s drew 2-2 with Cockermouth Panthers under-15s, Maryport Athletic won 4-1 at Cleator Moor Celtic and Celtic’s under-15s lost 5-0 at Bransty Rangers.
Cockermouth under-18s ran out 5-0 winners at Seaton.
