Northside were big winners in the Premier League Cup’s Group B with a 10-2 rout of Seaton Royal Oak.

Callum Killick and Jamie Bramley helped themselves to four goals each and Darren Nicholson and Jamie Glover scored one apiece while Tom Powell and Mark Robertson scored for the frustrated home side.

Both Group A games were off, with Dearham and Senhouse Street Club having to wait to play Pack Horse and Deer Orchard respectively.

Gavin Graham scored a brace as Maryport Labour Club powered past Highfield in Group A of the Division One Cup with a 5-0 win as Cameron Carter, Callum Foy and Ethan Costin also got on the scoresheet.

The only other Group A match between Soul Suite and Salterbeck was off.

Group B saw Sun Inn Athletic draw 1-1 with Red House as Kieran Nicholson and Gary O’Driscoll supplied the goals, while Workington JFC were fired to a 4-1 win over Maryport United by a Luke Mitchell hat-trick and one from Leo Holliday, with Johnathan Heaney grabbing a consolation goal.

In the Sunday County Cup, Salterbeck took on Deer Orchard and a good game played in windy conditions finished 2-1 after extra time, having ended 1-1 over 90 minutes.

Nathan Brash scored for the hosts but Conor Cooke and Luke Ivison helped Deer Orchard progress to the next round where they will face Dalton on March 3.

Bransty Rangers were also 2-0 winners at home to Pack Horse.

Dearham got a routine 3-0 win at home to Waverley in the Premier League courtesy of goals from Steven Stoddart, Elliot Irwin and Karl Fillingham.
