Workington's Derwent Park is now ready to take the next step in their pitch improvement works.
The Workington Town pitch is getting prepared to be re-seeded after the original playing surface was lifted.
It is currently undergoing pitch improvement works that have been planned over the last year.
The work is to upgrade the playing surface and increase the available pitch size to accommodate FA requirements.
This would allow the pitch to be used by football clubs including Workington Reds.
