THORNTHWAITE Derek Suddenly, but peacefully, on Thursday, 21st March 2024, Derek, aged 90 years, dearly loved husband and soulmate of Joyce, much loved dad of Bev and Craig, dear father-in-law of Nick and Alison and a devoted grandad and great-grandad. Service in All Souls' Church, Netherton, on Friday 5th April at 10:45am followed by cremation at Carlisle Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations may be made to Alzheimer's Research UK or Kidney Research UK c/o Stephen Johnston (Funeral Director), Stony Brook, Row Brow, Dearham, CA15 7JR.
