LEWIS Robin It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Robin Lewis on 11th April 2024 aged 72. Born in Southend-on-Sea, he made Cockermouth his home for the last 43 years. Much loved husband of Glynis, father of Daniel and Rachel, brother of Peter and Sue, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many. Funeral service and cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium on Tuesday 30th April at 12 Noon. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Bhopal Medical Appeal c/o John Sandelands Funeral Directors Tel 01900 602753.

We are so sad for the loss of our dear friend Robin and extend our deepest sympathies to his family. We have had many events at our home and Robin has been an enthusiastic participant, really getting involved, showing an interest in everyone and having many great times and laughs together with our lovely friendship group.
We’re so glad to have had Robin as our friend - he will be greatly missed and his smile will always be remembered.
