Two people have been taken to hospital following a collision on a busy Workington road.
The two-vehicle incident happened at 3.20pm on Solway Road, near to Genesis Direct.
A passenger, a woman in her 80s, of a Nissan Micra was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle with a hand injury. The injuries of the driver, a man in his 90s, are not known.
The driver of the other vehicle, a Seat Leon, was uninjured and so was her six-year-old daughter.
The road has now reopened.
