A West Cumbrian choir raised £329 for Workington RNLI.
The Harlequin Choir, based at Fletchertown, raised the cash through a performance at Our Lady and St Michael's church rooms, Workington.
A choir spokesman said: "We have lots of fun and love helping others by raising money for their charities and making them smile.
"Music is very powerful and can be a great healer. My motto in life is 'somebody can't help everybody but everybody can help somebody'.
"I'm so happy that we as a choir can help so many people and hopefully make a difference."
