West Cumbria murder accused due in court today
A Workington man accused of murder is due to appear before Carlisle Crown Court today.
Calvin James Patrickson, 22, of Newlands Gardens, has been charged with the murder of Daniel McMullen, 29, of Beech Court.
Mr McMullen was pronounced dead on Saturday after being found injured at his home.
The case was referred to Carlisle Crown Court by magistrates in Workington on Monday morning.
Patrickson did not appear and was remanded in custody.
