Volunteers will help clean up a coastal walk in Workington next week.
Allerdale council's streetscene team will lead the clean up at the harbourside on Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and 3pm.
The volunteers will pick litter and paint seats, railings and capstans.
Mind in West Cumbria and the Conservation Volunteer Group will help out, along with Allerdale council officers and Workington Town Council's grounds team.
Refreshments will be provided.
Charles Holmes, Allerdale council's head of community services, said: "The streetscene team do a fantastic job but we know that sometimes specific areas need a bit of extra attention.
"We know people enjoy a harbourside walk, particularly when the sun’s shining, and we saw that this area was looking like it needed a bit of TLC, so we'll be heading down there to do just that.
"We really want to get as many people down there helping out as possible and just ask that you let us know in advance so we can order enough refreshments."
