An accountancy firm has raised more than £2,000 for a cancer charity.
Staff at robinson+co Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers nominated Cancer Research UK as their chosen charity for the year.
The company, which has offices in Workington, Whitehaven, Gosforth and Ulverston, held cake sales, raffles, a Christmas Card amnesty and non-workwear days, as well as some staff completing the Total Warrior obstacle course and the Race for Life, to raise £2,053.16 for the charity.
Philip Allison, practice manager, said: "I am delighted with the teams efforts during 2018, resulting in over £2,000 being raised for Cancer Research UK.
"This is all down to the generosity and support of our friends, clients and families, as well as the amazing efforts of the staff."
