Cumbria police are hunting a burglar who smashed their way into a petrol station shop overnight.
The incident happened at the Spar on Curzon Street, Maryport, late last night, Sunday, June 9, or early this morning, Monday, June 10.
A police spokesman said about £300 worth of damage was done to the window and items were taken from inside the shop.
Officers are appealing for information about the incident.
Witnesses or anyone who knows anything about what happened is asked to call PC 2657 Lofthouse on 101 or email 101@cumbria.police.uk, quoting log 38 of the June 10.
