A KENDAL born man has been appointed as the new Head Chef at Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa, near Keswick.
Brad Jasper, 27, has been a chef for ten years and has worked at a number of AA Rosette Restaurants. He has also worked under Great British Menu star chef Tommy Banks at the Black Swan in Oldstead.
Mr Jasper said: "This has been a fantastic opportunity for me.
"It is a great fit for me as the hotel has a style of food that I really enjoy producing. I look forward to creating more new offerings that can maintain this balance and continue to make our guests happy.”
