A ballot box
VOTERS will get the chance to question prospective MPs on education at a hustings on Monday.
NAHT is holding the first of a series of hustings in the Workington constituency.
The first is in Salterbeck, Workington, on Monday at 7pm at the Oval Centre.
It will focus on candidates’ views on education and questions will be taken from the floor.
People are being encouraged to register for the event at this link: nahthustingsworkington.eventbrite.co.uk.
A second hustings will be in Cockermouth on Wednesday, at 7pm at Christ Church.
The third will be held on December 9 at St Michael’s Church,in Workington, at 6.30pm.
