Sentence: Workington's Magistrates' Court, where the defendant appeared
A WOMAN is set to go on trial after denying a charge of assault.
Kerrie-Anne Roe-Baron, 29, of Buttermere Road, Maryport, denied one charge of assault at Workington Magistrates Court on April 30 - but admitted a second charge.
The charges related to two incidents on November 9 and November 25 last year. Roe-Baron denied the charge relating to November 9, but admitted the charge for the incident on November 25. She will appear at Workington Magistrates Court for trial on June 11.
