A LOCAL MP has started a new survey across a West Cumbrian constituency to hear your thoughts on the healthcare service.
Mark Jenkinson, MP for Allerdale, has started a Workington Constituency NHS survey to get people's thoughts on their GP surgery.
This comes after the very difficult period we have had over the past eighteen months due to the Covid pandemic.
Mr Jenkinson said: " It’s been a tough year for people across our communities. But thanks to your efforts, we’ve pulled together as a community through one of the greatest threats this country has faced.
"Over the last 18 months, our primary healthcare system has had to adapt to coping with the pandemic under various levels of restrictions. I am now seeing a number of constituents raising concerns about access to services as we return to normality.
"I have therefore launched this Workington Constituency NHS Survey, so that I can hear your views on how your GP Surgery and the local NHS have changed during the pandemic; and what can be done to improve access, treatment and overall care in our community.
"By filling in this short survey, you can make sure we focus on the issues that matter — and help us guide change across our NHS for the better."
