MENTAL health charity Headspace is getting unexpected help from a galaxy far, far away.
An announcement on Star Wars day (May the Fourth be with you) revealed that the charity had joined with Lucasfilms to help promote mental wellbeing among the legion of the world's Star Wars fans.
They can escape to a 'restful galaxy' on the Headspace app with four animated breathing exercises featuring the characters of Yoda, BB-8, Chewbacca, and R2-D2.
Fans will also get access to three 'sleep casts' that will mentally transport listeners to some of the most iconic locations in the Star Wars galaxy, to prepare for a night of restful sleep.
In celebration of this collaboration, new members will be able to take advantage of a limited-time 30-day free trial offer by heading to Headspace.com/starwars.
