CROSBY and Crosscanonby are gearing up for Christmas.
The village hall will hold its annual Christmas fair next Saturday, November 26.
Organisers are promising a festive bonanza with plenty of Christmas presents to buy and goodies to enjoy.
Spokesperson Alice Oglanby said: "There is going to be plenty for people to enjoy. We will have a range of locally made cakes, jams and chutneys.
"There is a tombola and a raffle and refreshments will be available.
"We will also have Christmas gifts and hand made Christmas cards to buy, as well as knitted parents and other crafts."
There will also be arts and crafts for children and a chance for them to post their lettersto Santa.
