A film about a woman's 200-mile circumnavigation of the Lake District National Park - on her horse, Merry - will be shown in Cockermouth on Sunday.
The film about teacher and gardener Clare Dyson's challenging adventure aims to raise the profile of regenerative agriculture and will be shown at The Kirkgate Centre. It will be followed by a Q&A session, including film maker Dom Bush and Richard Maxwell, who runs a farm within the Wild Ennerdale project.
Clare set out with her seven-year-old Welsh Cob last May, wild camping along the way.
A Kirkgate spokseman said: "The route took them over fells and mountain passes, along old drovers roads and packhorse routes. The terrain was tough and it was a challenging adventure for them both.
"Clare’s aim was to find a vision of hope for the future. By visiting farmers who are adopting regenerative practices along the route Clare wanted to see firsthand how people are simultaneously producing food whilst boosting biodiversity and mitigating climate change."
