One male remains unclaimed at West Cumberland morgue
A Cumbrian hospital has an unidentified male body that remains unclaimed in its morgue.
Following a Freedom of Information request, it was revealed that only one body remains unclaimed throughout the North Cumbria Integrated Care trust.
The age of the male is unknown, with the body having been stored there for 33 days as of November 3 at West Cumberland Hospital.
It's reported the reason he remains unclaimed is because identification has been unsuccessful.
