KESWICK'S canine community is set to enjoy a special treat as a unique pet photoshoot event makes its debut in the town.

Organised by Lake District Hotels, in collaboration with Olive Paw Photography, the event offers dog owners the chance to acquire professional photos of their beloved pets at 'a significantly reduced rate', while simultaneously supporting Keswick Youth Centre Services, which provides a vital safe and supportive environment for the local youth.

The 'pup-up' studio will be professionally set up in the Inn on the Square’s ‘Hidey Hole’ on July 19, featuring a variety of dog-friendly backdrops to ensure each portrait is picture-perfect.

Owners can choose to be in the photos with their pets or opt for pet-only portraits.

Renowned pet photographer David Forknall from Olive Paw Photography will be on-site throughout the day to capture the unique personalities of every furry participant.

“I love running pop-up studios like this” said David. “Even in a brief photoshoot, I have the perfect opportunity to truly capture each dog's character in a once-in-a-lifetime snap that owners can cherish forever."

For more information and to reserve a photoshoot slot, visit innonthesquare.co.uk/pup-up. 10-minute studio slots are charged at £35, with £5 of every sale going directly to Keswick Youth Centre Services. The Hidey Hole is located above the Back Bar and is accessible via stairs.
