A new festive Coca-Cola flavour is coming to UK supermarket shelves for the first time in seven years.

The popular fizzy drink brand has launched a new Holiday Creamy Vanilla flavour to kick off the festive season.

The limited-edition drink is the brand’s first Christmas flavour in the UK since 2019 and is now available in stores nationwide.

The Holiday Creamy Vanilla combines the classic Coca-Cola taste with a smooth, creamy vanilla twist and is available in both Original Taste and Zero Sugar varieties.

Coca-Cola says the new flavour encourages everyone to take a moment for themselves amid the bustle of making the season special for others.

Charlotte Butt, senior brand manager at Coca-Cola Great Britain, said: "Coca-Cola and the festive season have always been a special combination, and this year we’re excited to bring fans something new to enjoy.

"We know that holiday flavour-seekers are increasingly looking for new and exciting taste experiences and would be interested in trying Coca-Cola Holiday Creamy Vanilla, which brings a smooth, creamy vanilla twist to the iconic Coca-Cola taste.

"We hope this gives people another reason to pause and enjoy a moment for themselves this festive season."

The drink is packaged in festive, vanilla-inspired packaging and comes in a range of sizes, including 330ml cans, eight-can multipacks, 500ml bottles, 1.75L bottles of Original Taste, and 2L bottles of Zero Sugar.

Coca-Cola’s last festive flavour in the UK was Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Cinnamon, released in 2019 and reintroduced in Tesco stores in 2024.

The new Holiday Creamy Vanilla flavour first launched in the US in November 2025, where it gained popularity for its likeness to cream soda.

It is now available in shops across the UK.

Rare Cadbury chocolate bar returns to UK supermarkets after months away

In other festive food news, a rare seasonal chocolate bar has returned to supermarket shelves, and shoppers are excited.

The Cadbury Dairy Milk Winter Mint Crisp bar is a popular flavour among Brits but is only available in the months leading up to Christmas.

However, despite the big day still being a few months away, the bar is back on sale at an array of UK supermarkets.

Tesco is selling the 350g bar for £5, or £4.50 with a Clubcard, while Morrisons is charging £6, or £4.75 with a MoreCard.

Both Ocado and Iceland are offering the bar for £5.

The bar combines classic Dairy Milk chocolate with crispy mint pieces.

Fans have welcomed its return, with one shopper calling it their "fave of all time."

The Winter Mint Crisp is part of a wider range of Cadbury Christmas products that have already started appearing in stores, including Cadbury Biscoff Filled Centres and Dairy Milk Buttons Smash Baubles.

Meanwhile, Co-op’s roast potato crisps have also come back after a three-year absence, as part of the retailer’s new 2026 Christmas range.

Described as a “surprisingly bold taste” snack, the crisps blend sea salt, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper to capture the taste of a classic Christmas roast potato.

Co-op first introduced the flavour in 2019, but it was discontinued in 2023, prompting regular requests from shoppers for its return.
